Melting sugar : used for croissants’  and mille-feuilles’ (vanilla slice’) topping.
Sugar flavored with vanillin :
Vanillin-flavored sugar : vanilla sugar : excellent quality fine sugar flavoured with pure vanillin, to be used as you wish to flavour your biscuits and cakes.
